Thank you, Wayne. I looked closely after your mention about the stillness. Guess the picture like you say is too dynamic. I would guess it was hard to get a close up shot with a still water. very large falls! Great Falls NP that borders Maryland and Virginia.

The stillness is in the eternal rocks. Which unfortunately seem to be slightly out of focus. Still a great photo

Paul, Yes, it is slightly out of focus. I think it got shook. My brackets weren't tight enough and long exposure did it.
