Hi! Just my opinion, I think it's too dark, needs brightened up a tad. I know most of your work is darker than mine, perhaps just a difference in our tastes....pretty flower though, and the water droplets are great!

Bill, thanks for your time and input- SOme of yours are exceptionally bright on our screen, so may be an issue of different monitors- it is meant to give the feel of the evening light focusing on just the center. Thanks

the image of this iris (which in my language is called 'yellow iris') looks very good on my monitor, with detail both in the shadowy parts and the highlights. I like the well-rendered colors and the composition, especially the blade with the dew drops in the left lower corner pointing outwards but not detracting from the beauty of the flower.
