I often struggle with the option of putting a boarder around a photo or not and specifically what colour that boarder should be. Do you have any guidelines on this. Link to comment
brucebloy 1 Posted February 11, 2021 I very rarely use borders. You could match the color of the bud (which it appears you're pretty close here) but you could step it back to 50-60% of that color so it doesn't overshadow the image. Or you could use a complimentary color, also running a a percentage less that 100%. Google search for a complimentary color to "cherry red" which I think your bud is close to as "Cherry red works well with azure, grey, light-orange, sandy, pale-yellow, and beige". You could also use a variation of the green in the stem and leaves. Link to comment
