this is a nicely layered photo with a very effective composition that takes your eyes on a tour that really has no finish and thus throws your attention back on the central spot of beach grass that was meant to be the point of focus all along. I like the simplicity of the sticks leading the eye and the shallow DoF. The sober color palette and the width of the composition also add to the impact. Well conceived and executed image!
