acearle 1 Posted December 9, 2003 I'm a recently "retired" musician, a guitar player (hence the re-awakening of my interest in photography...when one can't be on stage, one HAS to do SOMETHING). This shot captures the energy and feel of playing on stage (the Marshall head and 2x12 cabinet behind him really make the picture). I saw this picture and was hit with a bit of regret in turning down a recent request for a tour...for me, at least, this is a very powerful image :). Very good shot. Link to comment
red-x 0 Posted December 9, 2003 Thanks for your kind words. Schwartswald Libary are a powerfull live band who knowes how to preform both to the camera and to the audience. It a real pleasure working with them. Hope you'll have some great experiences with your guitar in the future. -Thomas Link to comment

red-x 0 Posted December 10, 2003 You should go find their album. I don't know where you live, but they have had some hit in DK. Their homepage is: www.schwartslandlibrary.dk I'm gonna give all the pictures to them so they can put it in their gallery. -Thomas Link to comment

paul_harris5 0 Posted December 10, 2003 Hi Thomas, Brings back memories of rock festivals in Copenhagen! The overexposed parts really make this shot! Love the contrast too..feel free to critique some of mine. Cheers, Paul Link to comment
hayward 0 Posted December 10, 2003 Very nice use of high contrast and blur - what might have been a crappy photograph turned out very nicely. Link to comment
