The pelicans and seagulls came in for a meal at high tide in Taft (Lincoln City), Oregon.

 

I spent a bit of time playing with different editing techniques. There's more to be had out of this shot, though.

I've been experimenting with editing in Darktable, and I can't tell if there's more to be had from this shot, or if this is a "garbage in, garbage out" situation (i.e. the shot doesn't have a good composition). Love some feedback and things to try.
