Any idea what's wrong with this photo?

The entire photo is not overexposed by 1 stop. The trees, mountains, clouds are definitly NOT overexposed, just the reflection in the water is burned.

I was trying to show double mountings here...

its not a easy photo. Keep on shoting!!

My initial reaction is that the highlights need to be brought down. After viewing it large, my opinion is stronger. The shadows/highlights function of Adobe Photoshop CS makes this change with an incredibly easy slider. And I'm not an employee of Adobe. It can still be changed with older versions of PS but it's not as easy. Regards.
