ZT, what this image demonstrates hands-down is that an amalgam of rain droplets on a window's exterior can transform a water storage tank into a canvas on which you took your brush and supply of paint and created a masterpiece that should hang in the Met. Outstanding work: asymmetrical water droplets, somewhat muted colors, spot-on composition and camera settings. - - My best always, michael

Yes it is.

This particular water tower is a colorful sculpture installed on one of buildings in Brooklyn, close to Manhattan Bridge and Brooklyn Bridge. The real ones in NY are not that colorful, but still iconic
