The ruin of barracks. Finally destroyed in 1746 by departing Jacobites after Battle of Culloden. Comparing to our visit in 2009, no guard this time.

Ruthven: This is a very nice photograph. However, I would remove the spec in the upper right corner, and the smaller in the left corner. They are probably birds. But they represent a distraction that can easily be removed in post processing. Otherwise, nicely done. Regards. Paul
