stephen_jones27 0 Posted June 16, 2019 Really cool! The boom, on the vertical plane seems flat against the sky which obviously is not. But it does seem to force the sky into the vertical plane, you know, flatten it out. Link to comment
Jack McRitchie 150 Posted June 16, 2019 Again your use of selective color desaturation works wonders (I'm presuming that what you did with that portion of the sky; if not, even greater applause!) This is among your best, I think, and will find a deserved place in my favorites. Link to comment
frigo 4,155 Posted June 16, 2019 Stephen...Thank you for looking in and for the observation.I guess the partial desaturation on the sky behind the boom has created the illusion your eye has detected;I am glad you like the overall result.Salutations-Laurent Link to comment
frigo 4,155 Posted June 16, 2019 Jack...I was running out of light when I shot this but nevertheless put my WA lense with polarizer to work on the sky and you are right that I then submitted the scene to my favourite desaturation curve.Thank you for the kind appreciation and especially for finding a place in your Favorites.Merci et salutations-Laurent Link to comment

frigo 4,155 Posted December 3, 2019 Pierre..Merci bien, mon ami. But,given my life on construction sites,I see only nice things here which I seized with the lense and tried to render beautiful in PP.As they say...''Beauty is in the eye of the beholder!''Merci et salutations amicales-Laurent Link to comment
