Jack McRitchie 150 Posted June 10, 2019 Wonderful shot Bernardo. It must be great to see the stars revealed like this in all their natural glory. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted June 10, 2019 I guess the Andes is one of the best places to watch and photograph the stars in the night sky. I also love the little hole in the rock formation! Link to comment
bgrobman 2 Posted June 21, 2019 Hi all, we were 4,500 meters above sea level. Little oxygen, very cold!! Link to comment
michaellinder 16,613 Posted July 1, 2019 Bernardo, I was about to review your recent photo of flamingos, until I saw this one in your portfolio. As one who hasn't yet tried in any serious way to shoot anything like this, I am just enthralled by it. Needless to say, I know why the mountains are silhouetted, and why the stars appear so bright in the nighttime sky. I love the tiny opening in the left , which may fool viewers into thinking, "That's all I get?", until scrolling up. That's when and where the magic is found. A favorite! - - michael Link to comment
