ZT, I'm guessing you shot this photograph in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. A good find, well captured. The appearance of the woman and her two children indicates the practice of Orthodox Judaism . The woman and the child in the stroller are wearing reweaving clothing designed to protect their modesty, and the boy in the foreground is wearing a kipah (a skullcap) and has sidelocks. I like the subdued colors which somehow go with the subject matter quite welll. - - mhl

The photo was taken in Williamsburg, Brooklyn not far away from Crown Heights.

The woman holds in the left hand piece of paper (the list-probably shopping list and/or other tasks).

Also taking care of her other children.The photo is dedicated to all Mothers. I posted it 1 day after Mother's Day as a tribute to them and their hard everyday work.
