tai 3 Posted May 5, 2019 Wonderful landscape with a mood, Holger! Sad image. I like this frame and the sense of volume plus interesting more contrasting reflections of the trees as if they were almost without branches ... I guessed you shot it not far from the place where the "Sunset Memorial" was shot. Bravo! Sincerely, Tatiana Link to comment
hstelljes 41 Posted May 5, 2019 Thank you Tatiana, you are correct this is the same area from a different vantage point. The Bayshore area of New Jersey has many scenic areas to photograph, but sometimes I like to present other moods. Thank you again for your comment, see you soon..........................Holger Link to comment
Gary-H 346 Posted May 5, 2019 Hi Holger: This is a very thought provoking shot, especially in b&w. I do like the slight rippling on the water.Great shot.Gary Link to comment
vincentoiseau 83 Posted May 5, 2019 Hi Holger, a contrasty and somber landscape, with very nice reflections. I think the OoF plumes of the reeds in the foreground add some closeness to this very stern landscape that is more than welcome, you were wise to include them. Kind regards, Vincent Link to comment
