DG, this photograph is a study in contrasts: between the orderly arrangement,ent of potted plants on the balcony and the seeming random patterns on the building's external wall, between cool and warm tones, between light and dark, and between smooth and sharp detail. No doubt, this balcony is a bright spot in what otherwise might be a somewhat poor, working class neighborhood. - - My best always, mhl

as Michael and Patrick have already stated eloquently, this photo is a feast for the eyes! The variation in colors and shapes seems to be endless. I especially like the floral pattern in the balcony's ironwork that easily beats what is growing in the many pots hanging and standing on it. Kind regards, Vincent

Love the colors and basic simplicity here. Its so pleasing to view for a bit
