Help! Magenta/green crossover in digital image

I've never had this happen. This is a screenshot of a white painting on a white wall at 200 percent. A little mixed lighting, but had this on a strobe-only image too. Nikon D610, Legacy 55mm lens I've used forever, SanDisk card, processed with ACR in CS6,
