Taken

This was taken just as the train started to pull out from New Jalpaiguri Station, India. I had been in India for only 3 days (left after 7 months).I chose to title this image Taken as I was completely taken by this little boy, and like to think he was by me as well. The feeling I get when I truly make a connection with someone I am shooting is the reason I am a photographer. It can be communication at it's highest level- wordless, pure, filled with trust.
