justin_de_vlieg 0 Posted November 25, 2003 Aside from the fact you have captured the gull as it tskes off, this photo has very little going for it. Yes the bird is sharp. But your horizon is not level, the backgrond has nothing to add to the shot and the foreground is out of focus too. The posture of the bird itself is a little comical and this is perhaps the only angle to take on this shot. If you think it is worth posting here, i suggest that you level the horizon, crop it and spend a bit of time adding some colour to what is very ordinary lighting. BTw making the photo a little smaller will help us view it Link to comment
