Wayne, thank you very much for expressing your thoughts. After I shot this one, I took a few more with it's mouth open, but none came as expressive as this one. So, this is indeed a very special moment that I was lucky enough to have captured.

Without trying to repeat what others have said, what also makes this unique is the dark bokeh background and juxtaposed full side lit left face popping all the texture along with the eyes to the viewer. Nice job of contrast in lighting!
