vincentoiseau 83 Posted December 30, 2018 Two male Northern shovelers landing on a lake, with beautiful light. I chose my focus to be on the closest duck. Your comments are more than welcome. Link to comment

pablowarko 1 Posted December 2, 2019 I personally like the position of the birds in this image, Vincent. Coming in for a landing and being on the short side quickens the perception of speed but shortens the perception of time. You've caught their wings in a beautiful landing position showing their grace and elegance. The distance from the bottom creates a feeling of loft. Excellent focus on the eye, colors, details and light. The main bird is wonderfully isolated from the rest of the image. An outstanding piece of work constructed with knowledge and vision. Best regards, Paul. Link to comment
vincentoiseau 83 Posted December 2, 2019 Hi Paul, thank you for another insightful comment! I agree with you about the position of the birds in the picture and the characteristics of the 'main' bird, very well noticed and described. I'm grateful for your continuous support of my photography. Kind regards, Vincent Link to comment
