michaellinder 16,613 Posted April 3, 2018 Fine art, most definitely, Tony . . . This is a museum piece. - - - - Now on to details. The textural variety among the rocky areas is fascinating, to be sure. But it is the the set of patterns in the sand, which may turn to mud as it approaches the water line. It reminds me of an alluvial plain. There's an added bonus, though. The cloud pattern provides a fitting sort of companionship to its counterpart below. And yet there is a human presence - a plane's vapor trail. Finally, I tend to doubt that the original color version had as much impact. - - My best always, michael Link to comment
Tony Long 28 Posted April 4, 2018 Thanks for the kind comment Michael. You have lifted my spirits after a couple of weeks feeling unwell. Now I can travel light with just my fisheye zoom an absolute joy to use. Taken at Patch, the other side of the River Teifi estuary from Poppit sands. Regards Tony Link to comment

andrzejp 9 Posted April 6, 2018 Amazing! I highly recommend a carbon print. It is the only type of print that most of the time looks better than an image on high resolution monitor. Link to comment
