A magnificent take on both the appearance and concept of low tide, Antony. Low tide affords explorers of all types, especially creative photogs like you, to walk on the mud flats; there's all sorts of life forms that aren't visible at all went covered with water. I find the semi-vertical ripples in the water and their counterpoints in the mud to be quite dramatic, especially in leading the viewer's gaze to deeper, calmer water in the background. Wonderful picture, Tony! I like the frame, the feeling of a large space, the lines on the surface of sand and water, reflections ... Beautiful! Your dog probably left traces on the sand. Bravo! Sincerely, Tatiana

Thanks Tatiana. Yes Honey the dog usually leaves prints somewhere. Not a bother with these fisheye beachscapes but if I find an interesting object to shoot you can be sure she will appear in frame or worse pick it up and run off!
