DGorinstein 20 Posted March 1, 2018 What attracted me to this magnificent photograph, was your color treatment and comment thereto. However, while visiting your portfolio, I found this true gem. I have some bias in favor of BW, as I started with a makeshift darkroom. BW has a special appeal and a chapter to itself in photographic history. That is why this quiet alley, empty seats caught my attention to send it to my favorites, also because of the superb treatment of textures and tonal range. The composition with the lonely chandelier is the icing on this delicious feast for the eyes. Congratulations. DG Link to comment
