Kamala 385 Posted January 12, 2018 Thanks, Holger. You noticed! It was overcast and I had no tripod. I used my 70-200 lens, and used it full zoom. There were a few such pictures that got blurred! Kamala Link to comment
michaellinder 16,612 Posted January 12, 2018 Kamala, in my opinion, the soft character of the image isn't a serious detraction, although purists may want tack sharp detail throughout the frame, Holger noted three strong elements. There's one other, namely, a story line - nature taking over the structure. Link to comment
Kamala 385 Posted January 14, 2018 Michael, thank you. This particular shot was a bit challenging. The structure itself was quite far, and the forest, quite thick. I wanted a close shot of the structure but wanted the canopy in its complete glory. Yes, you are absolutely right. Nature took over. And not all structures have been dug out. And I heard if the vegetation starts growing back within e weeks if there is no maintenance. Link to comment
