I like this portrait. Im certain the not-so-good clarity and sharpness are a result of converting to a web .jpg. Well framed, although I really really want to see the rest of the canyon! Another picture taken starting at their foreheads looking up would be really nice for me. Im not very good at taking portraits, but I heard someone on photo.net say you should either focus the shot on the people and get in close to them, or back up and show them in the surrounding scene. I think this picture does a good job of both.

This is pretty good stuff being what the country is in the middle of right now. Nice. I played with it in photoshop, hope you don't mind.
