robertbrown 1 Posted November 14, 2003 Craig, really nice shot. I've photographed this lighthouse (it's just outside of Ilwaco) several times, but not with this nice of a result. My favorite shot I've taken of the lighthouse: http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=1509308 Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted November 29, 2003 Craig what a great Portfolio you have and this is my favourite image....I have photographed a few lighthouses in Ireland and America but haven't managed to capture the power that Lighthouse and the ocean presents..fantatsic work Craig...well done. sriram 0 Posted December 2, 2003 Beautiful picture Craig. I am not sure about the frame...I feel it takes a little something away. I would try something that contrasts more with the picture....my opinion only. Link to comment
jennifercatron 9 Posted December 24, 2003 I was expecting to find a photographer that had no clue when I came onto your pages, but I must say you have an anal attention to detail and it paid off. Link to comment
mountaineer1965 0 Posted September 19, 2014 This is North Head Lighthouse just out of Illwaco, WA. This particular evening was extremely cold and windy. I spent over 2 hours shooting the lighthouse as the light was changing. Not long before this shot was taken I saw this light and rushed to this point but I was too late, as the clouds covered the sun. I then waited, almost patiently, for about 15-20 minutes for this light to come back. It turned out to be my favorite. I appreciate and value any and all feedback. Thank you Link to comment
jennifer_catron 0 Posted September 19, 2014 Stunning image. Perfectly composed, great timing with weather and sun position. Couldn't think of anything that would make it better. Link to comment
davidmeiner 3 Posted July 29, 2015 Wow. Nice lighting and composition. I've photographed this lighthouse and have also done a painting of it from a different angle with tall reddish grasses obscuring the fence. Great memories of the Pacific Northwest! Beautiful photo, Craig. Link to comment
