Although not raining, it was pretty dark when this was taken at iso 2000 just to get enough shutter speed to stop the action on the body. A fill flash was used. This particular species spends the entire year in my area.

I am sorry but I need to add another comment. I don't think people realize how difficult it is to take such a sharp image of such a small object! You can even see his tongue!
