Julie H 312 Posted August 22, 2017 I like it. She's sexy but also comfortable/practical. Monumental but naturally human. Flying solo — watching the packed in, boxed up suits whiz by. Link to comment
Sam_Ryan1664884851 0 Posted August 22, 2017 She seems frustrated because (1) she just missed the train, (2) she chickened out and didn't jump, or (3) she just wanted to be alone but the creepy guy with the camera kept following her. Link to comment
Julie H 312 Posted August 22, 2017 Sam re. (1) it's hard to see how she could have missed a train that never stopped; re (2) I'd NEVER wear that hat if I was going to kill myself; and re (3) the photographer is Thalia (a she, not a he). Link to comment
John Stewart1 1 Posted August 22, 2017 This is a good image. Too bad that she is a bit blurred but I get that this is a long exposure. Link to comment
Dale M 1 Posted August 22, 2017 A wonderfully organized shot, which for me sums up how much of our world happens at different speeds and on different scales. While we all live pedestrian lives most of the time, we have access to the means to transcend both time and the limitations of our ancestors and travel to some different environs in a short time. Her clothes are very contemporary, the sneakers in particular showing her to be of this time. Excellent photograph! Link to comment
Robin Smith 812 Posted August 22, 2017 Why no title? I like it very much. Great capture of the speeding subway train. I wonder if you asked the subject to stand as still as possible for this? Excellent result. Link to comment

DGorinstein 20 Posted December 16, 2017 WOW! Captivating, powerful and with lots of punch. Superbly and masterfully conceived and executed. This is good old-school photography of the highest quality. Congratulation on a well deserved recognition. DG Link to comment
DGorinstein 20 Posted March 8, 2018 Very original and superbly conceived, but more than that, after conception, to bring it as a finished product of great quality and impact. Great photo indeed. DG Link to comment
