Based on this angle, can anyone guess how low I captured this photo? Lolx.. This high speed photo captured at Millennium Park where located in Michigan Ave, city of Chicago Illinois US during summer.

the only think I can think of is if you had a very low or one of those 'twisty' tripods, or perhaps you were in a 'Window Well' or low window where the street level was above you ???
