Good, although I would have liked to have seen the POV changed so that the statue is more directly in front of the corner of the room. (Not sure if this would make it better, or too geometrical; would like to see it, though.) Also, cropping off the rightmost arch would help keep the eye focused on your subject.

 

Other than these minor quibbles, the composition is great and it is an excellent photo.

A correct observation.

 

Well, I have a shift lens in my 645 equipment and so, I obviously try with that before. The problem is that the photo was possible only from the balcony, and even with 11mm of shift I was not able to correct the prospective. (and I started to have problems of vignetting...)

So, I decided to use the 45mm (non shift)which is indeed, more corrected again distortion.

...but I'm just planning to return there with the Sinar...
