The Monkey soldiers

The Grand Palace dates back to a couple of centuries and was commissioned by the kings of Thailand with Hindu ancestry.

Hence the walls of Wat Phra Kaew has golden sculptures of monkey soldiers (banar sena) and scenes from Ramayana depicted throughout.
