The place gives a neat and well organised look. Good capture of the tribal life and environment.

thanks :) , this village is situated very close to great poet , Rabindranath Tagore's abode of learning , Santiniketan . Santhals here are more modern . However, the woman is suffering from Elephantiasis . 

Well balanced composition.  The hue of the clothing of the human form against the neutral and unifying hue of the majority of the image is powerful.  Well done, Tuhin.
