A very beautiful image, and I really like what your choice of shutter speed did to the clouds and water--it adds such serenity to what otherwise looks like a cold, harsh environment. The dark foreground really sets off the mountain and sky beautifully, and the depth of field really works well. I'm wondering what would happen if you added a gradient part way in from the bottom that would lighten the highlights in the extreme foreground a bit more (or maybe even lighten the exposure there just slightly)--as is, my eye goes directly to the peak, but some lighter moments in the foreground (or a general gradation from slightly lighter) might encourage my eye to get to the peak by way of the stream. Slightly lightening the cloud reflections along the stream might do the same. But it's already a really nice image just as it is.

I agree with Leslie but just not lighten, add a little contrast/black to the foreground. I know that when you make those adjustments it alters what you saw - maybe. I would see the same processing applied to the BW version.

Despite these two comments, this is really a beautiful scene  that has been captured very well.

This doesn't pop like the B&W version.  The B&W has great contrast and the slow sky works better.

Here, in colour, the bottom half feels dead and disconnected from the mountain and sky.  Probably a few simple tweaks in processing will do it.
