25 Hours to Solstice

About 3 times each winter I head to this area of Lake Huron because

the snow, ice, and sunsets are different every time. Snow came

early this year. Thanks for looking.

The dark line is where the lake starts.  It's not entirely frozen this year-- not yet.

Winter solstice in a nice image shown,I like a lot how icy branches look and the light that comes from left,also me too I ind interesting the dark line that divide the scene,very nice shot you did.

Brr. I was kayaking on the northern edge of Lake Huron in September and that was already chilly. The cold just seeps out from this image. Beauty.
