Long-billed curlew

I was in shock that a photo of this quality was rated so low! 

The high key approach along with the wingtip splash is quite original.  I really like the wing position, the appropriate level of detail on the bill, face, and body of the Curlew.  If I had one criticism, I would prefer to see a little more space on the left with the image being less centered.  However this is a nice photograph.

Very beautiful this photo of Curlew in flight, wings wide open left uncovered his head, clearly visible the eye and beak open, good the light and reflection , ciao Giangiorgio
