I really like the dynamic in this picture. 

 The repetition of patterns, combined with the blurry background and the abscence of any discernable body parts gives the picture almost an abstract feel and yet the viewer clearly knows that we are looking at people marching in some form of parade. 

This battle between following the abstract lines and trying to focus the people wearing those masks gives the image a dynamic feel - the type of things one can only appreciate if one gives a chance to the photo to speak.
