Nice shot ! Really like the colors and the facial expression - not to mention the smoke coming out of the subject. 

The only thing that ticked at first was the positions of the hands, which seemed to give the image a slight tilted feel. At same time, tilting and cropping to adjust for that would have taken some space out of the blue part of the image, which would have been a shame given the interesting smoke textures on the rhs of the picture.
