Pierre Dumas 280 Posted September 29, 2016 Thank you, John, Bill, Charles and Janine! The Catholic church can never look as ominous as it was in its history, Janine! Cheers to that PDE Link to comment

morophaenixmau 22 Posted September 30, 2016 Un risposta a doppio senso: scompare nella nebbia o compare dalla nebbia? La risposta può essere diversa se si è ottimisti o pessimisti. Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 280 Posted October 1, 2016 Vista interessante! Credo che ai scambiato solo l'ordine, se la fede appare dalla nebbia (nuvole in questo caso) non è pessimista, il mio amico! Ti ringrazio molto per la tua visita e commentare saggio! Ciaomau Pietro il soddisfatto! Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 280 Posted October 1, 2016 Thank you, Maria! Although I know it doesn't really look like fog, more like clouds! PDE Link to comment
sarah_mcnulty 5 Posted October 2, 2016 Hi Pierre, Your creations are always thought provoking and beautifully put together. This one has a slightly eerie feel to it and makes me think of humankind slowly losing it's faith but on a brighter note art transcends faith and is open to all cultures and beliefs :-) Great work. Best wishes. Sarah. Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 280 Posted October 3, 2016 Your comments are very thorough and eloquent and all inclusive, Sarah! Thank you Cheers to that Link to comment

michaellinder 16,612 Posted October 6, 2016 You've certainly presented symbols of faith; they also are symbols of antiquity - a medieval warrior holding a Hellenic Cross, an ancient tree, and a dateless church. They connect us with history - our history. Yet, the extensive amount of mist reminds us of how easily we can allow ourselves to downplay, even forget, history. Once the symbols are covered entirely, it is much too easy for us not to see them. "Out of sight, out of mind." Another wonderful tale, told by the master weaver of tales . . . My best always, michael Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 280 Posted October 7, 2016 Hello, Master of critique and narration! What else can I say but kudos! Exactly what I meant to do with this picture!Loosing faith is the theme, yes! Thank you for both your recent comments (on the other page I do not reply to the comments) Cheers PDE Link to comment
felixphoto 0 Posted October 10, 2016 Top class photo with strong symbolism. Pero, ova ti je jedna od najboljih po mom skromnom misljenju. Bravo! Link to comment
jorge_fernandez3 1 Posted October 15, 2016 Great effect with fantastic mist, and that you have selected a Celtic Cross means a lot to me because I found out the real meaning of the cross by google it now, which is..."the Celtic cross represent the bridge or the passage between heaven and earth. The circle in the ringed cross signifies infinity and eternal spiritual love"!!! I know you had eternal spiritual love in you my friend! Take good care. Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 280 Posted October 16, 2016 Hvala Pantelicu! Thank you, Jorge! Doesn't any Christian cross mean the same? PDE Link to comment
