Superb work! Great contrast, excellent composition. I love the layers in the sky. This image would approach perfection if the bird was turned in the opposite way.

I agree with Alain. A bird should be facing into the frame. That aside, I still think this is a masterpiece Michael with a very intriguing composition and excellent use of light and motion!

The stillness of this minimalist white-scape bathed in milk and moist is like a haiku poem - all is said in the spaces between words.

The suggestion of motion in this stillness is an accomplishment. All seem as if a flow within a long exposure, but the bird?  Allowing so much space to the sky and water? appears right.  Great work, Michael.
