Yes it is heavily processed Steve but you managed to give this angel a dream like mood. I am bothered when this kind of processing is used on portaits reportedly to improve the skin and they end up in totaly plastic skin textures. Here it's clear that your intention was not that still i would like it more if the hair on the right side was more blurry.
