massimo_alberto_bonelli 0 Posted July 4, 2016 The rugged mountains (in German Rosengartengruppe or just Rosengarten ) is a massif in the Dolomites located between the Tires valley, the Val d' Ega and the Val di Fassa in the Sciliar Natural Park. Thanks for your comments. Link to comment
cegeiss 6 Posted July 5, 2016 It brings back childhood memories. For many years we had rented two rooms in a small village nearby: Barbian(o), with amazing views of nearby Schlern. We used to hike a lot along the Rosengarten, and my parents would tell me the story of King Laurin losing the Battle against Dietrich von Bern. Now that I live on the other side of the Atlantic I miss the Alpenglow (though the Sierra Nevada come close). As far as the image goes, I think it doesn't quite know what it wants to be, an image of the beautiful meadow, an image of a great mountain, or an image of a nice blue summer sky. I think the image would be better if you removed some of that ambiguity.Just my two cents.Christoph Link to comment
