TORRES DEL PAINE WITH MILKY WAY

You have to be lucky to see the milky way in a calm night at the Base Las

Torres lookout. Especially now that most people can stay only one night at the

Torres Camp. Try to plan it when there is no full moon!

Perfect light on the peaks - enough to show some detail, but also dim enough to look somewhat realistic as a night shot. the position of the Milky Way is excellent. I'd clone out the satellite, but that's just my preference. You might also want to play with the color balance a bit to tone down yellow and green.

Yes, I agree with Jim.  The satellite just doesn't fit.  While the overall green tone is interesting, seeing the green sky doesn't feel right IMHO.  Neat image though!
