Michail, This is a very interesting image. I really like the colors and your treatment with the subtle blurring. As an aside, given the long exposure, it is amazing that the people stood perfectly still long enough for you to capture the fountain the way you did! As to possible improvements, I might dodge or lighten the foreground a bit  to make the family more prominent and to add some weight to the bottom of the image to balance the height of the fountain. As it stands, the fountain is the star of the image, but I think the father taking the photo of his family is the real story. Perhaps the only other thought I have is that you might burn in the street lamp just a touch as it seems a little hot.

Thanks Sam. I agree with most of your remarks. This is a documentary to me, the city's new (and only) fountain. The family is just the "cherry" on the top of the cake.
