The graduated colour transformation is beautifully rendered here and the chosen fan like composition works really well too!

Beautiful and I like how Holger describes it as an "exploding red". That red really catches my attention and for that reason I have done a crop just to show another possibility which is not a recommendation.

 

There is a time and place for focus stacking and I am undecided whether it should have been done here.
