Beauty in the City

This grabbed me as I am a city lover. The green shade with the contrasted natural wood of tree is nice.  I am bothered by the fade out color to a stark white sky, which for me does nothing to highlight the tree limbs and they have an important impact for me. I am wondering about cropping it lower. Maybe using only lower branch and maybe some luminescence for the glass. 

I am a newbe and far from qualified for a serious critique. At first my photos were as straight natural, un-enhanced. I am beginning to stretch out of the comfort of being a purist and this photo makes me want to grab it and play with. I love the subject and context but would like to see it tighter with more drama to emphasize the drama that is inherent with joining these objects.
