No, I think the exposure's great here. The 'spreading' of the lights looks really good. I think it adds a lot to the photo.

 

What I'd say would be good is a foreground, to give the amazing skyline some sort of context; and some detail in the sky - either late twilight deep blue colour, or clouds. Otherwise, great shot.

Sharpness is lacking a bit. Also your point of view is not optimal: the lights from the lampposts are blocking the buildings too much. A higher viewpoint might have helped.
