Chris; This is a lovely spot in a very green forest. Well seen and captured. The long shutter works well with the water. The very deep DoF leaves a bit of confusion as to the intended primary subject, since both the foreground white water and the background falls both draw the eye. An alternate composition might have focused on the falls in the background, using the surrounding trees as a frame. The stream flow is an effective leading line, with the forest adding a good sense of depth. I wish that there were direct sunlight on at least one part of the image, either foreground stream or background falls.

I completely agree with David's comments and additionally would love to see more detail in the shadows, along with a white point adjustment to the water.  I'm a visual person so I've attached an example of what I mean.  It's just a quick adjustment and I'm sure you can do better with the original file.  Also, I'm not saying my opinion is better, just another way of looking at it.  Thanks for sharing...
