Hi. Many thanks to you all for stopping by and appreciate your comments. This was taken outside in a fairly dark, shady part of the garden. These type of Heleborus are also known as the Christmas Rose.

Jack. I suppose you could think of this image in terms of ones own mortality and of rebirth. I definitely wasn't thinking that on a conscious level when I posted it but your interpretation does fit.
