This photo reminds me of old iconic pictures. This is photography at it's very best. I also wonder about the iso  setting. Normally 200 is without visual grains. But 7/7 from me.

An exceptionally  well chosen time, atmosphere  condition,  lighting, a place to shot,  a view,   and  the selected  silhouette of the piers as characters,  adding a theatrical  mood to  the  image. I never  seen  this bridge  photographed  in this  way  and  you  did  a hell of  a great job. A beautiful  and  powerful B&W  image, well processed. (ISO 200  looks  for some 12000 ISO ??. I wonder why!?  Some  people  just  can't  live a life whit-out a negative comments.) Congratulation  to you, Jeff

Cheers

Addendum; I lifted  up  you  image  from  the P.N.  and  printed  in a 8x10  premium  glossy  photo paper,  to  see  the  film grain effect  and  how  the  print going to look.  It  is  amazing  and  beautifully looks  with  the  film grain effect present  on the  image,  it ads a silky, misty  effect to the  image.  I also turned  to B&W, and it  look  beautiful if  you  printing  with slightly  sepia  tone. Then  I  managed  to  remove  the  film grain  and  printed  smooth.  Not  even  close  to  the  original  processed  image. Charging   your works  and  the  processing,  you  probably  not  an "amateur"  photographer, or, a very  talented  and technically expert photographer, not as many of here.   Excellent work Sir.

The  test  print  destroyed  of course.

Jeff, my own efforts to capture the bridges of Manhattan Island pale greatly in comparison with this image, so much so that I am tempted to leave photographing them to you.   Otherwise, all I can say is that I wholeheartedly endorse all of the comments previously posted.

I appreciate all the comments I have received. I was fortunate enough to catch the fog in the early morning with the sun coming up behind the bridge creating an ethereal effect. As luck would have it, the camera also captured faintly, the Manhattan tower of the Williamsburg Bridge up river.

Wonderfully moody shot. Nice use of the gray tones to enhance the image. The pilings in the foreground look like apparitions rising in the mists. Well seen and well shot.

Bela, I don't understand your negative comment aimed at me.  My statement "love the grittiness" is a positive comment!
