This image has a lot of potential in my opinion.  There's an issue, as I see it.  Because you shot at 1/400 with the aperture wide open at f1 and with the sensitivity set at only ISO 100, even the items in the foreground are not in focus.  Also, if it were me, the subject would be the man in the center, who is preparing the food for the grill.
