Great capture, lots of rich deep colours and detail. Nice POV and composition which all adds interest. Looks a great venue for a concert. Best regards Ken.

Amazing shot, Tony. You've combined your trademark sunset moment with an event this time and the result is spectacular. It's like a Mardi Gras but with everyone seated.

Tony,

Great colour, you have beautifully captured the atmosphere of the time and place.  From my January perspective this looks very warm and very far off.

I hope I'm not too late to the party. What an amazing venue, just asking to be photographed. You've answered the call admirably with a plethora of vibrant colors and exceptional composition. Like the gentleman in the center right, I'm ready for a standing ovation - for you.

My best,

michael

Summer in Quebec is not as long as in many regions of North America and the locals enjoy every opportunity of outside concerts that are popular everywhere in the province. I like your fine mix of sunset and ambient light, the beautiful river or lake and sky and the energy of the crowd. Your white balance is appropriate and I can find only one slight fault - did you saturate the colours a lot and how might the image appear if they had a somewhat less candy-like appearance?

Thank you for your detailed review. I don't remember if I increased the saturation here but in general I don't unless I feel that the camera under represented the scene as I remembered it and then it would be slightly.  I have been blessed with a location in Canada that seems to produce nice colors  more frequently than the three occasions in a Caribbean island where I just spent 3 weeks.
